EMDRIA-Certified EMDR Therapist
My journey in psychotherapy and clinical supervision began in 1996. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, and complex life transitions - supporting them toward greater emotional well-being, connection, and resilience.
My life and professional path have taken me across Europe and Asia, and I am a Third Culture Kid (TCK) born in Asia. These global and cross-cultural experiences continue to shape my work, allowing me to integrate diverse therapeutic perspectives with deep respect for identity, context, and lived experience.
At EvolvWell, my work is grounded in evidence-based, trauma-informed approaches, including:
I am an EMDRIA-Certified EMDR Therapist through the EMDR International Association, and I bring a nervous-system–informed lens to therapy that supports deeper integration - not just symptom management.
Since 1999, I have also mentored emerging therapists and overseen outpatient clinical programs, consistently focusing on ethical practice, clinical quality, and sustainable care.

I am deeply interested in the intersection of creativity, mental health, spirituality, and physical well-being. I believe healing is not only about reducing distress, but about reconnecting with meaning, vitality, and a sense of belonging in one’s life.
My role is to walk alongside you with empathy, skill, and curiosity - supporting growth that feels grounded and authentic.
EvolvWell is a practice rooted in respect for the full complexity of human experience. I am committed to creating a therapeutic space where clients and consultees feel seen, valued, and safe.
I affirm and honor diverse identities and lived experiences, including those related to race, ethnicity, gender identity, sexual orientation, socioeconomic background, religion, and ability. I engage in ongoing training and reflection to ensure my work remains culturally responsive, inclusive, and ethically grounded.
Belonging is foundational to healing.
I believe mental health care extends beyond the therapy room. I am actively involved in my local community and currently serve on the Board of Directors of Dawson Place Child Advocacy Center, supporting initiatives that protect and uplift children and families.
At EvolvWell, I strive to offer a space where depth, care, and belonging coexist. If you’re seeking trauma-informed therapy grounded in experience, compassion, and integrity, I welcome you to reach out and begin your own journey toward healing and wholeness.
